Rise2Hope is a clothing brand first. We make simple, well-made essentials you'll reach for every day. We also built this business with a purpose from the very beginning: to help people living with cancer in Colombia.
Our commitment
We commit 10% of our net profit to cancer foundations in Colombia.
Net profit is what remains from our sales after the real costs of running the business: making and shipping each tee, payment processing fees, marketing, and our operating costs. We chose a share of profit, rather than a share of revenue, so our giving grows as the business grows and stays sustainable over time.
How it works
- At the end of each month, we close our books and calculate that month's net profit.
- We set aside 10% of it.
- We donate that amount to organizations in Colombia that work directly with people living with cancer.
- We ask our partner organizations to report how the funds were used.
- We publish each update here, with the numbers behind it.
If a month doesn't produce a profit, there is no donation for that month, and we'll say so openly in our update. As a new brand, our early months may focus on building the business that makes lasting support possible.
Where we are today
Rise2Hope is a new brand, and we want to be clear about what has and hasn't happened yet.
- We are working to establish formal agreements with foundations in Colombia. We will name our partners here only once an agreement is in place.
- We have not made a donation yet.
- We will publish our first impact update after our first full month of sales.
What we stand by
- Transparency. We only report donations and results that have actually happened, and we publish them with the numbers behind them.
- Dignity. We will never use images or stories of people living with cancer without their consent, or to pressure anyone into buying.
- Honesty. We fund support. We don't make promises about medical outcomes.
